We operate by a belief that the best way to build a great business is by learning how to build great people.

When you’re in a business like ours, and there’s always a hundred rabbit holes that you could go down at any given time to work on as an area of improvement… it can get overwhelming very quickly.

We start by recruiting and selecting one in a hundred talent. Once you have selected that one in a hundred talent - I can guarantee you, talent alone is not enough to guarantee performance or success for either party - you have to have an operation that knows how to get someone to the spot where they’re self-managed and profitable. Once you’ve created an operation where they can be self-managed and profitable - how do you then build this culture that creates on-growing retention and growth?

Because that is the key to long term success and profitability.

We’re two decades into this business. I personally recruit a little over a billion dollars in self-gen production, on top of what our team and operation does as a company. We’ve done it for 24 different companies, from $1 billion to $50 billion in size.

And we’re passionate about it, because recruiting is about creating opportunity for others. It’s about creating a more clear and compelling future, and actually understanding what the dream outcome is for someone and helping to make that dream outcome a reality. It’s the best business in the world. There’s nothing else like it.
